A mostly English-speaking sibling threesome runs this triumphantly lovely pousada just 800m from the main square. Extensive gardens surround the property, which is dotted with gnomes, birdhouses and other rustic-chic knickknacks. If there's a downside, it's the four- to five-night minimums in high season (and two-night weekend minimums otherwise).
