One of Blumenau's classiest choices, this is a high-quality buffet lunch stop with excellent service, great regional and Brazilian choices (stuffed duck, trout ceviche, tambaqui fish ribs, pork knuckle) and even better desserts (walnut stroganoff with doce de leite, banoffee pie) – included in the price. Dig in while ogling city and river views and the epic Santa Catarina beer list.
In the evenings, the à la carte menu is meat- and seafood-heavy, including a wealth of German specialities. There's also fondue (R$185 for two) in winter.
