It's easy to sit for hours sampling from more than 100 local and world vintages in this glorious, low-lit wine bar decorated with bottles, chateau-boxes and swirling ceiling sculptures of intertwined wires. Stools and high tables spill onto a small square where a pub and two loungey bars vie for attention.
