Housed in an atmospheric former train-station building, this upmarket restaurant is quite possibly Republika Srpska's best. Service is slick and professional, and the menu includes the likes of pasta, Istrian lamb, delicious slow-cooked beef cheeks and Serbian specialties such as Karađorđe steak (rolled, breaded and fried schnitzel stuffed with creamy kajmak – thick semisoured cream). Save room for the chocolate fondant dessert.
