At this delightful place on Rincon's western outskirts you can sample local specialties such as sopi di yuana (iguana soup) and stoba di kabritu (goat stew), as well as dishes you may find more familiar. Para Mira's definitely on island time, but the breeze is lovely, and there's live music and a view of cactus-covered hills to enjoy while you wait.
