The owner greets guests personally at this classy Middle Eastern establishment in the southern stretch of Kralendijk, and shortly thereafter a marvelous homemade flatbread with hummus arrives. The rest of the journey is up to you, but the Istanbul-style shrimp, beetroot and goat-cheese salad and the muhammara (made with Syrian pepper, walnuts, cumin and breadcrumbs) are exquisite.
The service is flawless. Save room for baklava!
