Vinoteca El Origen

Top choice in Bolivia

More than 10 different wines from small, mostly organic Bolivian vineyards can be sampled by the glass at this artists' hangout, which also serves local craft beer and coffee from the Yungas. It's run by Goyo, who plays Bolivian records from behind the bar. The furniture is made from recycled TVs, suitcases and heaters, and there's regular live music.

At the front of the bar is a small shop where you can buy jewelry made by Goyo as well as clothes made by his sister and other crafty pieces made by his friends.
