This is Riberalta’s most upscale restaurant, located near the airport, leading the residents to nickname it tropicarísimo (very expensive…). Gargantuan portions of meat, chicken and fish accompanied by salad, rice and fried manioc feed three normal-sized people. Thankfully the profusion of animal skins is now gone; the walls are decorated Christmas-tree style, full of hanging ornamentations like baskets, wooden sculptures and sombreros.
