Clean, if a bit dated, this lakefront hotel is worth the extra bolivianos for the on-site museums, which cover reed boats, Kallawaya medicines and altiplano culture. There's also an Andean Observatory for nighttime stargazing and an Eco Pueblo with local weavers. Try to book a room in the newer wing.
