The basement of a shopping mall is an unlikely location for a hip sushi bar, yet there it is. Locals swear by the sashimis and carpaccios, and the sushi roll selection is extensive and imaginative (we're fans of the Flaming Dragon – spicy tuna with jalapeño, mango and eel).
