One of many jolly cafe-restaurants whose ever-busy terraces line Place du Marché, As Ouhès ('Aux Oisseaux' in Walloon) gives itself a slightly more upmarket feel by half-covering the zinc-topped tables with starched tablecloth strips. It offers authentic Walloon specialities including kidneys flambéed in pékèt, and delicious lapin aux pruneaux (thick beer-and-prune sauce on large pieces of rabbit). Mussels are available in season (€24).
