Occupying a large proportion of Rochehaut’s village centre, this well-run complex includes hotel-quality rooms (some with jacuzzis), rental cottages, eateries, meeting rooms and several other businesses all behind traditionally styled stone facades that together create a harmonious whole.
Reception is within an upper-market restaurant. The more affordable Taverne de la Fermette serves excellent local fare in vast portions and is one of the most likely restaurants to be open in the region. The occasional loud pops you'll hear are flamboyantly opened bottles of Cuvée de Rochehaut (8%, €3.75), the tavern's specially brewed, double-fermented amber beer. Rochehaut’s best views are just across the street.
