With bamboo tables and Corbusier-blue walls, Maru serves the city’s best gyoza (dumplings) alongside a host of Korean delicacies, including sizzling pajeon pancakes and stir-fried sweet-potato noodles. The classic bibimbap (a mixed beef and rice bowl) is served in a steaming stone pot. The two-course lunch is a bargain, too.
