Bel Mundo

Brussels

As Brussels’ most sustainable restaurant, Bel Mundo makes scrumptious, affordable dishes using seasonal vegetables from its organic backyard garden and unsold supermarket items in a bid for zero food waste. The furniture is made of recycled pallets, crafted in the carpentry workshop, and the friendly staff were previously unemployed long term. Expect soups, seasonal salads and pasta dishes.
