BOM's riverside terrace has the best castle view of any Bouillon eating establishment. They serve great smoothies and offer the unusual luxury of an English-language menu. The wide-ranging food selection (tataki, falafels, quinoa-rhubarb crumble, garlic squid) is attractively presented, with several vegetarian options, though it's not quite as sophisticated as the hipster decor and waiters' garb might imply.
The main restaurant is built into the modern western extension of the otherwise quaintly classic Hotel de la Poste.
