Braddie's Bar

Barbados

Hang out with a bunch of charming old gents at Mr Bradshaw's no-nonsense waterside bar in the small village of Six Men Bay. It's little more than a zinc shed with some picnic tables around the side, but it serves cheap beers and fried fish (B$18) and you'll hear plenty of good stories from the regulars.

It couldn't feel further away from the luxurious resorts just down the road.
