Cafe Sol

Barbados

If you've had enough of flying fish and want something different, this popular Mexican place is a fun choice for a meal. The food is fairly standard Tex-Mex and with the dancehall soundtrack you're not going to feel like you're in Acapulco, but the vibrant atmosphere makes it worth sticking around for a couple of drinks once you're done.

It fills up with both locals and visitors – reservations are recommended. It's right at the entrance to the Gap.
