No expense has been spared in converting this former Soviet sports centre into a 28-room art deco hotel. It's full of triumphalist sporting references, hi-tech gadgets (like electronic window blinds), a retractable roof over the gorgeous swimming pool and a Michelin-starred chef running the kitchen.
