Craig Tansley has been a travel writer for over 20 years and has travelled to over 80 countries in that time. Born and bred in the South Pacific (Cook Islands) before spending the rest of his childhood in Byron Bay, he's spent most of his professional life trying to find places as nice as where he grew up.
