Stollen 1930

Tyrol

If you're seriously into gin, Stollen 1930 is unmissable. The atmosphere is incredible as it's set in a cave that was hacked out of the fortress mountain more than 600 years ago. Without losing a jot of original character, it has been done up in the style of a glam speakeasy, with cage chandeliers, velvet armchairs and soft backlighting.

The extensive gin menu whisks you from every kind of gin and tonic imaginable to 1930s Prohibition-era cocktails such as Mr Smile (gin, bourbon, lime, almond syrup and ginger beer).
