Fine dining in Kitzbühel doesn't get better than at the Kupferstube in the five-star Hotel Tennerhof. Award-winning chef Stefan Lenz puts an imaginative spin on carefully sourced regional ingredients, which might, season depending, mean beautifully cooked organic pigeon with plum and hay milk or Viennese catfish and snails with beurre blanc and lovage – all served with panache in refined surrounds.
