Craft cocktails change seasonally; creations might include the CHM (lime- and spruce-infused vodka, raspberry purée, white chocolate syrup, apple juice and smoked chilli) or vividly coloured Green Poison Daiquiri (basil-infused gin, nettle-infused rum and lime juice). DJs spin until late.
