This delightfully remote place is set in a rocky hollow replete with grazing cattle, sheep and horses, an easy 10-minute walk from the cable-car station. Rooms are bright, heated and very comfortable, all furnished in light woods and with views to the meadow. Wi-fi is in common areas and it does a good Jausenbrett (cold platter) for €14.90.
Remove your shoes before climbing the stairs. All dishes in the restaurant are prepared with organic ingredients. Regular meditation, climbing and Qi Gong courses are also held here. Note: it's accessible only by cable car.
