Embracing the Tracht (traditional costume) trend is Ploom, where designer Tanja Pflaum has playfully and successfully reinvented the Dirndl. Her boutique is a wonderland of floaty femininity: a sky-blue bodice or a frothy cotton blouse here, a wisp of a turquoise Schürze (apron) or a silk evening gown there.
