Dirk Hartog Island Eco Lodge

West Coast Australia

The current island leaseholders, the Wardle family, offer full-board accommodation in their lodge, an atmospheric, century-old, limestone converted shearers' quarters. There are six en-suite rooms, and gourmet meals and island tours are included in the price, as is return transfer to the island from Denham (by plane or boat).

As well as the lodge, there is a three-bedroom, self-contained 'Ocean Villa' for families or groups to hire (sleeps up to eight), with costs from $350 per night, with a four-night minimum. The price of the villa excludes meals and transfers – making this a good option for self-driving groups who don't wish to camp.
