Opening in late 2019 along Koroit's historical main drag, Noodledoof can lay claim to being southwest Victoria's first microbrewery. It's an attractive space inside a character-filled red brick building that was formerly a mechanics garage, where all its six beers are brewed on-site. As well as brekkie, they offer a beer-friendly menu of wings and gourmet toasties.
There's a small beer garden out back where they occasionally fire up the pizza oven, and a gin distillery was also on its way at the time of research.
