Bells Beach Backpackers

On the main highway in Torquay (not Bells Beach), this laid-back backpackers does a great job of fitting into the fabric of this surf town. Run by friendly owner Sean, along with his black lab, Bella, it has a super-chilled beach-house vibe, with basic rooms that are clean and in good nick, and a large kitchen that 'van packers' can also use.
