Behind the 1869 heritage facade are three levels of dining, drinking and dancing space, including indoor lounges, VIP booths and an expansive rooftop bar beloved by the South Melbourne glitterati. House-made espresso martinis are the speciality and there's a decent menu with bottomless lunches on Sundays. DJs spin all weekend long, but there's a cover Friday and Saturday nights.
