Housed in a former bluestone bank, this training restaurant for Indigenous and disadvantaged young people is one of the best places to try native flora and fauna; menu items may include chargrilled kangaroo sirloin or roasted emu crépinette. The chef's tasting plate for two ($30) is a great place to start. Weekend bookings advised, especially since Prince Harry and Meghan Markle dined here.
