Lee Ho Fook

Melbourne

Occupying an old brick warehouse down a fabulously scungy laneway, Lee Ho Fook is the epitome of modern Chinese culinary wizardry. The kitchen packs an extraordinary amount of flavour into signature dishes such as crispy eggplant with red vinegar, 'Taiwanese beer hall' clams, Wagyu beef in red-wine miso and crab-and-scallop fried rice with homemade XO sauce. The service is terrific, too.
