Park Hyatt

Melbourne

Resembling a Californian shopping mall from the outside, Park Hyatt has a luxurious interior with wooden panelling, shiny surfaces and miles of marble. Spacious rooms are elegantly subdued and most have super-sized baths, natural light and treetop views. Since mid-2017, Mr Walker – a retired Labrador guide dog – has been greeting guests at the door.

There’s also a lavish indoor pool, spa, fitness centre, business centre and a great tennis court.
