Posher than your average old Carlton boozer, the Lincoln retains its 1854 historical charm with an art deco curved bar featuring 12 taps. It offers an impressive wine list and a rotating selection of craft beer, alongside Carlton Draught, of course. The kitchen does gastropub meals (Lincolnshire sausages and mash, tempura fish) and does them well.

Visit before 6pm for $15 jugs of beer and cider, or head in for two margaritas for $20 on a Monday.
