Hot Chicken Project

Anglesea's dining scene just got a little hotter with the arrival of this spicy-chicken joint from Geelong. Opening in late 2018, its speciality is authentic Nashville chicken: hot wings, tenders or dark meat (along with fish and tofu), with a side of fries, slaw or turnip greens. There are also burgers, craft beers on tap and natural wines.
