Flinders Island's finest restaurant opened in March 2019 beside Whitemark's wharf. To the menu of local produce, including a drinks list featuring the likes of Kunzea cordial, add Bass Strait views, a live crayfish tank, a working beehive (bring a jar and you can leave with honey) and, from the middle of 2019, a whisky distillery.
