Cut a corridor out of the side of a building, open it to the street and add artful industrial decor and you have the Wedge, which has delicious single-origin espressos and cold brews as well as wholesome breakfasts, sandwiches, salads and a daiy lunch special. There are lots of vegan options. Sitting at the sill gazing over the street is a pleasure.
