Covering the likes of ricotta pancakes to sweet potato and zucchini fritters, the short, all-day menu at this casual cafe focuses on quality. The gelato ($5) and cheese-and-charcuterie boards are highlights – as is the in-house fromagerie, which includes around 250, mainly European cheeses, and a handful of local standouts, including black-ash brie from Kenilworth Dairies and buffalo mozzarella from Cedar Street Cheeserie.
Unfortunately, the cafe is not licensed, so don't go hoping for a vino with your artisan smoked cheddar.
