They should declare Geoff Mark (Marksie) a national treasure. Head to his re-created stockman's camp, 7km from town, for a night of fabulous food and fun storytelling. He prepares a three-course set menu that might include crocodile, wild-caught barramundi, camel, buffalo and/or kangaroo, all cooked over camp ovens and leavened with bush spices and hilarious bush yarns.
