Marksie's Camp Tucker

Top choice in Outback Northern Territory

They should declare Geoff Mark (Marksie) a national treasure. Head to his re-created stockman's camp, 7km from town, for a night of fabulous food and fun storytelling. He prepares a three-course set menu that might include crocodile, wild-caught barramundi, camel, buffalo and/or kangaroo, all cooked over camp ovens and leavened with bush spices and hilarious bush yarns. Bookings essential.

Marksie, a warm and wily raconteur and one of Katherine's great characters, does a cheaper Stockman's Camp night on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6pm. Shares an entrance with Top Didj.
