Jolly Jumbuck Bistro

This bustling restaurant is Hay's best, with friendly staff and great food prepared in an open kitchen. There's nothing fancy about the standard steak, seafood and chicken offerings; it's just good old-fashioned country food, done well. Wood-fired pizzas from 6pm from Tuesday to Saturday are good value. Next door at the Riverina Hotel there's often live music on Saturday nights.
