Maiky Snack

Bonaire

This rustic shack (to say the least) is a much-loved spot for traditional local fare (read: goat). Yes, the goat dishes, served in stews and on skewers, incorporate all parts of the animal. Sides include a long list of favorites such as funchi (cornmeal cakes), yambo (okra soup) and papaya.

Maiky Snack is (sort of) on the way to Lac Bay. From Kaminda Sorobon, watch for the turnoff onto a dirt road heading east, and follow the signs.
