Considered something of a destination restaurant because it's the flagship of acclaimed celebrity chef Francis Mallman and it's housed in the uber-luxurious Vines of Mendoza Resort & Spa. Somewhat formal, a tad sterile but there's no arguing with the juiciness of the steaks, including grilled wagyu style beef and long-roasted lamb. The wine selection is vast and pricey.
Best to go easy on the excellent bread and starters, including pumpkin soup and empanadas, lest you bust a gut after the meal.
