Salta’s most visible upmarket hotel is a bit of an eyesore, but rooms are slick, and get pricier and larger as you move higher up the building. There are all the five-star facilities here, including a tour desk, and English-speaking service is efficient, but there are much better and more soulful hotels sprinkled around Salta.
