Naindo Park Hotel

Just off Plaza 25 de Mayo, La Rioja’s dominant hotel property has good service, a central location and a fistful of facilities. However, the elevator is squealing, rooms have peeling wallpaper, worn carpet and other scruffy edges, even if those in the upper reaches have enviable views. Still, not worth the price tag.
