Córdoba’s indoor market has delicious and inexpensive food, such as pizza, empanadas (baked savory turnovers) and seafood. Browsing the clean stalls selling every imaginable cut of meat, including whole chivitos (goat) and pigs, is a must. Saturday here is particularly lively.
