Dating from 1894 and recently refurbished, this classic pool hall, cafe and bar is a nice stop on historic Av de Mayo, with sidewalk seating and an elegant interior where the neighborhood's long-time residents come for afternoon tea. There's a full menu of food, but the pizzas are forgettable; come instead for coffee and a slice of cake.
