Carne

The Pampas & the Atlantic Coast

Mauro Colagreco, a chef from La Plata whose French restaurant Mirazur is currently ranked number four in the world, caused a buzz when he opened this sleek, monochrome burger bar in his hometown. Made with mostly organic produce, the burgers live up to the marketing – which includes Carne-branded aprons, baseball caps and bottled craft beer.

There is a branch of Carne in Buenos Aires city center and plans to extend the franchise country-wide.
