Their famous food truck is history but chefs Irad and Papi, who have helmed some of Anguilla's top kitchens, still dish up honest-to-goodness fare in their brick-and-mortar lair opposite St Gerard's Church. Regulars swear by their quesadillas, pastas and soups (including bull-foot, conch and lobster-and-corn) but mains like snapper and chips or curried goat give the menu extra bandwidth.
Eat at the bar, or do as most locals do and get it as takeout and devour your loot on a beach.
