After splashing in Shoal Bay East's translucent water, refuel on casual fare at this beach shack, founded in 1984 by the late Ernie and now run by his daughters. The no-nonsense menu includes mostly barbecued chicken and ribs, burgers and local fish but may have such specials as lobster or conch stew. Beers and cocktails are decently priced. Cash only.
