Next to the eponymous hotel, this waterfront restaurant has uninterrupted views across to mountainous St-Martin/Sint Maarten. It does dependable salads, burgers, fish and steaks but truly shines on Wednesdays when the community comes to gobble up US$1 wings on 'Wings Night.' Monday's 'Burger Night' stars changing patty-and-bun combos, including KFC (Korean Fried Chicken) and blackened mahi-mahi.
