Sook’s Sushi Restaurant

American Samoa

Little has changed at this tiny seaside nook in the almost-20 years it's been running: that's a good thing. Fresh Japanese and Korean dishes (its beef kalbi and tuna sashimi are locally famous) are prepared in an open kitchen beside the little dining room; there are small private rooms up the back if crowds aren't your thing.
