With its lace window-curtains and tubs of flowering plants, this might look like a simple French bistrot and indeed, the food leans heavily on Gallic cuisine. But a meal here reveals a refined operation, as attentive waiters talk you through the daily menu of artfully executed seasonal dishes, typically including seafood options and some fabulous starters.
There's also one of the best wine cellars in Tirana, with a wide selection of French, Italian and some good Albanian bottles.
